JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES ADVISOR – INVESTMENT DIVISION

Position: Sales Advisor
Industry: Investment & Real Estate
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: AED 5,000 + 1.5% commission on investment value closed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within real estate, finance, or investment advisory.

  • Ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred (not mandatory if highly experienced).
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of the company to prospective investors. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building trusted relationships, and presenting our portfolio of investment opportunities with professionalism and expertise. Preference will be given to candidates with real estate sales experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect, qualify, and onboard new investors through networking, referrals, and lead management.
  • Advise clients on tailored investment opportunities based on their financial goals and risk appetite.
  • Present investment proposals with clarity and confidence, ensuring full transparency.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (legal, finance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of investment agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals in the CRM system.
  • Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
