Requirements What we’re looking for Must-haves: Prior sales experience in any industry required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Easily builds relationships with our loyal and potential clients Self-motivated and driven to achieve. Computer proficient. Desire to work as part of a team. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Valid driver’s license and meet insurability standards. Nice-to-haves: Previous VW automotive sales experience.

Responsibilities

The Sales Advisor will be responsible for building lasting customer relationships by actively listening to needs and becoming an expert on all product offerings and technology. Key duties include performing professional vehicle demonstrations and ensuring customer satisfaction post-delivery to generate referral business.
