We are looking for a self motivated individual to join our expanding contact centre
You will either be on the phone booking appointments or dealing with various back office roles. amongst other day to day duties Always delivering the highest standards of customer care possible.
You will be part of a fast paced, friendly and supportive team, taking calls from new and existing customers regarding the product and services we offer.
Speaking to people from all over the UK, you’ll have targets and customer satisfaction levels to maintain as you solve problems, answer queries and offer useful advice to your customers. It’s fast-paced and extremely varied. No two days, or calls, will be the same so you’ll need to think on your feet, stay switched-on and aim to always deliver a right first-time service. Often working under pressure, support is always available from approachable management and team members
