Shift Pattern This is a 8-12H contract Sunday 4-8pm Saturday 5-9pm Flex Friday 5-9pm Purpose Join our team at M&S as a Sales Advisor in our Bakery section, working at the sharp end of fresh produce, under pressure and with precision. We're seeking passionate individuals with a love for food that strive for perfection every day. You'll be a hands-on, sleeves-up brand ambassador bringing energy and attention to detail to every shift – delivering hot bread, fresh perspectives, and fast, five-star service to our customers. Responsibilities
The role involves creating an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers, role-modeling service behaviors, and maintaining excellent product presentation and availability in the bakery section. Additionally, the advisor must confidently sell products using their knowledge, understand business priorities, and actively participate in store events to achieve selling targets.
