Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join the sales team within our Affinity Personal Lines Division. Reporting to the New Business Team Lead this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to secure new policy sales through incoming calls from our affinity scheme network. service existing motor insurance customers handling incoming customer calls, processing policy changes and renewals. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years personal insurance experience with practical knowledge in Applied Relay.

ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Handling incoming customer calls and emails
  • Processing quotes and actively seeking fulfilment to a sale
  • Outbounding to customers to secure policy sales
  • Generates cross sell leads from new customers
  • Assisting with other team tasks as required
  • Complying with risk control and regulatory requirements that are relevant to this role
  • Maintaining commercial awareness relevant to this role
