EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within a technical or home-installation product sector (EV chargers, renewable energy, telecoms, etc.)
  • Confident, engaging telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
  • IT literate, with experience using MS Office suite
  • Flexibility to work shifts covering up to 7:00pm Mon – Fri, some weekend work will be required
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Office-Based Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in our domestic EV chargers. You’ll handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries, guide customers through the selection and installation process, and close sales by offering the best charging solution for their home and vehicle. This role is target-driven and requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a consultative approach to sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web chat
  • Proactively follow up with warm leads to maximise conversion rates
  • Provide expert product advice and recommend suitable charging solutions
  • Prepare and send quotes, process orders, and handover to Operations to arrange installations
  • Maintain accurate customer records and compile reporting periodically
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Stay up to date with EV industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings
