We are now taking expressions of interest for a Sales Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll oversee the sales of our homes to customers at sites throughout the South West.
Supporting and persuading potential purchasers to buy a Cavanna Home, you will manage the sales process with each customer, hand-over their home, and work to enhance the customer journey from their first meeting through to their 7-day visit.
You will qualify potential purchasers in accordance with departmental procedures, staying informed of all the benefits and unique selling points of homes on your development.
Additionally, you will:
– Ensure that the show home and sales office presentation meet departmental standards
– Respond to generated sales leads
– Work to close sales while supporting customers through the sales process
– Deliver outstanding customer service
– Assist in detailed market research
– Ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit
