An opportunity has arisen for a hard-working and enthusiastic individual to apply for the customer focused role as Sales Adviser/Driver based in our Leeds store.
Previous customer service experience and an interest in hair and beauty would be ideal and in addition you should also possess basic keyboard skills. You should have some retail or customer service experience and have a flexible approach to work.
We are looking for individuals who can:
·Act as a first point of contact in dealing with customers
·Develop product knowledge
·Remain calm and cheerful under pressure
·Process cash and credit card transactions
·Have a good telephone manner, communication skills and interpersonal skills
·Generate customer goodwill by interacting with the clients
·Merchandise stock
·Complete housekeeping and stock tasks
·Pick telephone and email orders for delivery
·Be able to work additional hours in busy and holiday periods
·Must be a confident driver to deliver to customers daily
As well as a basic salary you will also be eligible to join the company pension scheme as well as benefit from staff discount on products in store.
Sales advisor: - 19 hours average weekly
Monday and Tuesday 8.30 - 17.00 (Half an hour lunch break)
Three Sundays a month 10-2 (special events 10-3)
