An opportunity to join one of the areas leading residential estate agency businesses. The role is approximately 15 - 22.5 hrs per week (inc Sat rota), and is to support the existing teams. This is effectively a support role for the existing sales negotiators, and flexibility must be given to cover for holidays / sickness. Access to a vehicle is essential as there will be a need to carry out occasional property viewings . Strong sales skills are essential, with the ability to refer leads to our other departments, including lettings and mortgage services. Sales leads are absolutely key so the successful candidate must have experience of working to targets.
Some estate agency experience would be ideal, but if not, a sales background is essential.
