We are currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service for our well-known luxury brand, Hawes and Curtis.
Since 1913, Hawes and Curtis has stood for more than just tailoring - we stand for style, confidence, and craftsmanship!
Founded in London by Ralph Hawes and Freddie Curtis, our shirts have dressed some of history’s sharpest Royals such as HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, and Lord Mountbatten.
Fast forward to today, and we’re still crafting timeless tailoring but with a modern edge! With 15 stores across the UK and a growing digital presence, we’re extremely proud to have a team of skilled, dedicated and ambitious people supporting our success!
We are now looking for someone to join our team at our Oxford Street store, located at 156 Oxford Street, W1D 1ND

Main duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and leading by example to maximise sales
  • Supporting Store Management to achieve sales targets and contribute towards the stores KPI results
  • Supporting other sales staff to achieve team goals and targets.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Preferably 1 year experience of working in a similar role in fashion retail
  • A passion for providing excellent Customer Service
  • Interest in client interactions
  • A sound understanding of retail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • The ability to work to a flexible rota
