David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Sales Advisor to join their team in Greece. Position: Sales Advisor Location: remote, Greece Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat, and email channels Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction and resolution Build and maintain positive relationships through clear and professional communication Provide accurate and up-to-date information using internal tools and systems Achieve individual and team performance targets including call-handling KPIs Maintain detailed customer records, accounts, and interaction documentation Always follow communication procedures and data protection policies. REQUIREMENTS: Native or near-native level in German, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level) Strong customer service and contact handling experience across multiple channels Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability High computer literacy and confidence working with several systems simultaneously Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills Customer-focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling Ability to perform in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
