Description:

Hilltop Reserve, one of Denver’s premier senior living communities, is looking for a dynamic and impactful Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor is responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies to meet the occupancy goals of the community. They are responsible for developing and managing relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, results driven, and can highlight the community to create a welcoming and homelike atmosphere for prospective residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry, with a proven track record of generating and close a high percentage of qualified leads
  • Ability to observe, listen, and communicate effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exemplary teamwork, and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Must have patience, tact, and willingness to deal with difficult residents, family, and staff
  • Driver’s License required
  • Due to the nature of the work performed by Ascent Living Communities, and that this position works with a vulnerable population, we do require a criminal background check be completed

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, organize, and implement an individual external sales strategy with a scheduled program of daily activities designed to achieve community census goals
  • Plan, develop, and implement an external census sales strategy to personally build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, senior centers, home health agencies, hospice, etc.
  • Identify opportunities with new referral partners/sources and develop sales strategies to build relationships and communicate the community’s services and amenities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy that leads to the conversion of referrals to move-in status
  • Maintains sales database management system daily
  • Schedule events and activities with identified referral partners/sources and report results to the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Communicate with the internal leadership team, external referral partners, and prospective residents/families to coordinate pending move-ins
  • Collaborate with members of the interdisciplinary team, physicians, consultants, and community agencies to identify and resolve issues that improve the move-in process and new resident orientation process
