OVERVIEW

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic, highly driven and focused person who thrives in Sales and can demonstrate their ability in achieving KPI’s. Sales is the first part of the customer journey with Imagine Cruising; therefore, we are looking for an individual who has the passion and skill to provide excellent service to our potential customers and be a proud cruising expert.

SKILLS

  • Highly motivated individual who is results orientated, driven to accomplish goals and has a high degree of self-motivation
  • Ability to establish rapport with customers and build relationships
  • Positive mindset to add to an upbeat and happy working environment
  • Can be flexible in approach and able to work evening shifts and weekends
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and can juggle using different systems.
  • Travel industry experience would be beneficial but not essential. Full training will be given to the successful candidate
  • Must have experience in a Sales environment, call centre ideally but not essential

Responsibilities
  • To service Inbound Sales Calls and convert from Enquiry to Booking
  • Provide excellent customer service, understanding the customer’s needs, building rapport and bringing to life bucket list holidays
  • Follow a proven Sales structure and consistently hit KPI’s in conversion rate, margins, data capture and call handling
  • Making accurate cost calculations, providing customers with quotations quickly and efficiently
  • Produce accurate administration work to complete the booking process
  • Follow the call centre compliance guidelines that include adhering to the GDPR and Data protection policies
  • Work proactively as part of a small team within a large department of Sales Advisors, bringing positive energy and drive to a fast-moving environment
