First point of contact for Retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts What we offer Progression to a Retention Advisor within 5 months and a Senior Retention Agent within 12 months with the help of our Training, mentor Program, and guidance from our supervisors. €29,000 basic salary with a €5,000 bonus structure. The first month's bonus is guaranteed.
