Strengthen our International Sales Team in full-time (40 hrs./week > Fixed-term for one year as parental leave cover) as Sales Advisor (m/f/d) at our location in Cologne or Berlin.
This role focuses on guiding international students through the enrollment process while delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels.

• Provide comprehensive support to prospective students via telephone, email, chat, and WhatsApp throughout the application and enrollment journey
• Advise international applicants by identifying needs, clarifying inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to convert leads into successful enrollments
• Maintain accurate and organized customer data to ensure service excellence
• Apply persuasive communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive student experience
