Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Greet and assist customers, providing personalized recommendations in line with their needs. Support customers in their purchasing decisions and offer guidance on products. Ensure a positive customer experience through professional and attentive service. Sales & Product Promotion Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company guidelines. Ensure proper merchandise presentation to attract customers and enhance sales. Store Operations & Stock Management Support daily retail operations, including stock monitoring and inventory management. Assist in implementing promotional activities and merchandising plans. Ensure the store operates smoothly according to company standards. Qualifications & Skills: Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
