Be part of a dynamic, passionate team in a high-profile retail environment Annual Clothing allowance Pension Scheme Job Description Deliver outstanding customer service, offering expert advice on suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, and formalwear Conduct measurements and fittings, providing recommendations for the perfect fit Drive sales performance, upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue Maintain high visual standards and ensure the concession always reflects brand quality Support stock management, including replenishment, size checks, and maintaining stock integrity Actively contribute to team targets and KPIs, including conversion, UPT, and average transaction value Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and tailoring techniques Uphold Frasers’ and Threadologys’ standards, processes, and operational policies Qualifications Passion for menswear, tailoring, and premium customer service Previous experience in retail, concessions, or high Street/premium fashion – tailoring experience preferred Strong selling and influencing skills, with a track record of achieving targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Highly organised, self-motivated, and a team player Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods Additional Information Due to high levels of interest, vacancies may close early.
