Position Title: Sales Advisor Location: Stockholm, Sweden Industry: Electric Vehicles (EV) / Automotive Language- Swedish and English About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to support the sales of electric vehicles and related products. The role involves guiding customers through the purchasing journey, delivering exceptional service, and achieving sales targets while promoting innovative and sustainable mobility solutions. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers, identifying their needs and preferences Provide accurate product information on electric vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and coordinate with finance and insurance teams Follow up on leads, inquiries, and post-sales customer interactions Stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity Ensure showroom and vehicle presentation meets brand standards Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage) Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Interest in electric vehicles, technology, and sustainable mobility Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Valid driver’s license Skills & Competencies Sales and closing techniques Customer engagement and relationship management Product presentation and demonstration skills Time management and organizational abilities Team collaboration and professionalism What We Offer Competitive salary with commission structure Training on electric vehicle products and sales processes Career development and growth opportunities Dynamic and customer-centric work environment
