Location: Kidsgrove, Staffordshire (ST7)
Salary: Basic up to £26,000 per year (depending on experience)
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ with uncapped commission
Hours: 38.33 hours per week
Hybrid Working: Available after successful completion of the probationary period (6 months). Early access may be considered for high performers.

• Take inbound calls from clients looking for insurance quotations
• Make outbound calls to warm leads submitted via our website
• Provide professional advice on a range of insurance products
• Input accurate information into our in-house systems
• Build rapport with clients, handle objections, and close sales
• Work across multiple insurance lines including motor trade, public liability, stock, tools, and goods in transit cover
