Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A SALES ADVISOR

The main purpose of this role as a Sales Advisor is to effectively persuade customers to use our service for the purpose of their property transaction. You’ll need to be knowledgable, persuasive and have an excellent conversational and sales focused style

  • To sell the benefits of Simplify conveyancing to clients referred by our member estate agents, whilst ensuring maximum instruction and conversion rates.
  • Outbound calling prospective clients to discuss their conveyancing quote using warm leads
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Responding to email queries
  • Maximising conversion from lead to sale to achieve growth/sales targets

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF SALES ADVISOR

  • Previous sales experience in a sales role
  • Able to commute to St Ives, Cambridge
  • Self- motivated & Proactive
  • IT experience (use of email, internet, keyboard etc.)
  • Able to work under pressure whilst maintaining sales results
  • Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
