Sunday: Monday: 14:00-18:00 Tuesday:14:00-18:00 Wednesday: Thursday: Friday: 14:00-18:00 Saturday: 14:00-18:00 This role is a 24 hour contract with 16 hours fixed. The remaining 8 hours are flexible and will be allocated with at least 4 week notice.   BACKGROUND Mary Street Store is a Departmental store in Dublin City Centre. It is a Flagship store and offers a wide range of products in Foods & GM and In addition, the store has a Café Revive on the top floor with 100 seats. It is also the only the only customer order fulfilment and return centre in ROI.   WHAT IS ISF/OMNI HUB? “ISF” stands for “in store fulfilment” This means ensuring that all sizes are available to customers at all times and all stock is where it should be.  “OMNI HUB” is the name for our online ordering and return centre for the whole of the ROI, situated in our Mary Street store. Customer orders are picked, packed and posted to customers from this location.  It is also the main return point for customer refunds. You will be responsible for processing refunds for the customer, among other responsibilities. Full training will be provided to the successful candidates.   WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO ACHIEVE? * Become a returns specialist, acquire knowledge in logistics, customer service, and inventory management. * Skills in problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail. * Be able to handle return processes and resolving customer enquiries efficiently. * Ensure floor availability is met. * Sale preparation. * Ability to work unsupervised * Confident and comfortable with technology * Confidentiality is essential. * Establish a good working relationship with sales floor teams and your team colleagues– teamwork is essential in this role.    WHAT TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE DO YOU NEED? * Ability to work unsupervised. * Good team player * A high level of customer service * Ability to work unsupervised * Good working knowledge of M&S suite   EVERYONE'S WELCOME M&S is ready to push boundaries to lead the retail industry into a greener, speedier, more inspiring digital era.
