OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge in electronic cigarettes and e-liquids, they will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

SKILLS

  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with customers clearly.
  • Proven customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for customers and the company.
  • Familiarity with IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a sales environment and hospitality is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
