This position will be located at the Mike's Bikes Store in Sacramento, CA located at 1411 I St. Sacramento, CA 95814. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY JOB LOOK LIKE: -Ask the right questions and listen. We're not just selling bikes; we're matching riders with their ideal riding experience. -Confidently close sales by demonstrating how the right bike will help customers reach their cycling goals. -Manage and develop relationships using CRM tool. -Ring up sales, help manage inventory, and keep things running smoothly. -Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up… We’ll teach you how!! Lifting bikes, climbing ladders, and moving around the store is part of the gig -Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone -Handy with tools and able to make small adjustments to bikes and gear -Familiarity with Google Workspace, point of sale (POS) systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus! LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.
