WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• High School Diploma.
• previous work experience as Sales Assistant and/or Sales Support in a Premium Retail industry.
• Understanding of visual merchandising approach.
• Used to work on flexible opening hours.
• Strong customer service skills and product knowledge is required.
• Fluent in English and Dutch
  Working schedule: part - time or full time

YOUR ROLE:

As a Sales Advisor you will be a member of the team of our Woolrich Outlet Store in Roermond, being on the shop floor and supporting all store related tasks and activities.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & OPERATION TASKS:

• Be a Brand Ambassador and a product expert.
• Engage with the consumer and provide with the right product, fit and style to meet individual interests, goals and motivation.
• Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times.
• Ensure product is replenished and available to meet the consumer needs.
• Run efficiently all store operations.
