We at Walker Slater are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our Flagship team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and one to one selling. The role is 2 days from seven with 12-16 hours with weekend cover required along with a shift between Monday to Friday. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and advice to customers
- Recognise and perform our customer journey to a high level
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom
- Meet and welcome customers and visitors to the brand
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong organizational skills to manage sales processes efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic IT skills for using sales systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Time management skills to meet deadlines
