Your role as a Product Sales Administrator at Direct365:

  • Responding to sales emails, inbound sales calls and outbound activity chasing orders professionally.
  • Matching our products to customers’ needs through cross-selling.
  • Work to agreed KPI’s including sales order value and revenue generated to make sure the business targets are being met.
  • Process and manage product orders from order placed to dispatched.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services in order to understand customer requirements.
  • Ensure all customer information is recorded on our CRM, Sage and sales processing applications.
  • Take ownership and manage customer expectations across sales related activities.
  • Provide cover for administration and any other associated tasks when necessary.
  • To work as part of a team to develop the concept of One Team = One Organisation, taking ownership of challenges and foster an environment of continuous improvement
