bachelors degree in business administration or any other relevant degree

EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in Sales (preferably, experience in Aviation industry)

SKILLSET

Knowledge of private jet operations and logistics
Understanding of sales processes and techniques
Familiarity with CRM (customer relationship management) tools and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (bilinguals preferred

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

The main purpose of the role is to manage client relationships and provide support for their private jet needs, including checking emails, providing quotes, closing deals, signing contracts and invoices, and coordinating private jets as required by clients. The job also involves prospecting new clients, managing leads, and attending meetings related to sales and operations. Overall, the purpose is to provide high-quality, customized support for clients’ private jet needs and to ensure smooth operations for the sales team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Operations:

  • Act as a private jet broker and handle sales operations and related activities for clients
  • Check emails and provide quotes to customers and follow up with them to close deals.
  • Sign contracts and invoices related to sales and operations activities.
  • Attend meetings related to sales and operations, and track performance metrics.
  • Manage client relationships and provide support for their charter flights needs.
  • Be available to handle client requirements and inquiries, and be on-call as needed.

Business Development:

  • Prospect new clients outside of the company to bring in new business.
  • Manage leads and provide follow-up support as needed.

Compliance-related duties:

  • Ensure that the department’s procedures are consistently documented and relevant evidence is retained.
  • Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
  • The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.
