THE ROLE

This is more than sales—it’s about changing lives. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll act as both advisor and advocate, guiding clients through a step-by-step process that leads to homeownership. You’ll design personalized ownership plans, simplify financial details, and celebrate with clients when they unlock the keys to their new home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with prospective clients and present our Rent-to-Own program
• Assess client financials and build tailored ownership strategies
• Develop long-term client relationships through trust and consistent follow-up
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Clearly explain financial details so clients feel confident in their decisions
• Provide feedback to enhance sales processes and client success
