Roles and Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales and achieve sales targets.
• Negotiating prices and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Providing excellent customer service before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in selecting indoor furniture pieces that meet their style preferences and functional needs.
• Provide expert advice on furniture selection, material choices, and interior design concepts.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate with the design team to create appealing displays and showcase furniture in our showroom.
• Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Have Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the same industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product features to customers.
• MUSThave furniture sales experience

Job Description

CreditCare Credit Management LLC is looking for a Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Assist clients with queries, account details, and service information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide timely solutions and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 3 years experience in Sales
