Lead consultative discussions, uncovering growth opportunities and designing tailored partnerships. Negotiate commercial terms that balance scale and sustainability. Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and category teams to deliver a frictionless merchant experience. Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Keep your ear to the market, identifying new trends, rising brands, and untapped opportunities. Act as the voice of your partners internally, shaping how we improve and scale. 🧭 What You Bring 2–4 years in B2B Sales or Business Development, ideally in e-commerce or retail Proven success in prospecting, pitching, and closing strategic accounts. Strong negotiation and storytelling skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders. Commercial curiosity and the ability to turn data into insight.
