Tilesdiy is a leading importer of natural stone and porcelain products in the UK. We are a family run business with 10 inspirational tile & Bathroom showrooms.
We are currently recruiting for a sales advisor in our Hanworth showroom. If you’re enthusiastic and brilliant with people, we have a great job in store for you.
We are looking for people who go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service and are team players, you will be part of a small store team helping retail and trade customers to visualise their projects and really bring them to life.

Inspiring customers and supporting them on everything you can to make their tiling project happen. .

• The ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers
• A confident and professional manner in dealing with a variety of different customer situations
• Ability to work co-operatively with others
• A ‘can-do’ positive attitude is required
• Great questioning and listening skills so you can engage and inspire our customers
• An interest in the latest trends as you will get to influence customers in their style choices
• Flexibility to cover store opening hours including weekends (there are no evening shifts)

Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or working in retail sales would be a bonus but isn’t essential we will teach you everything you need to know.
