About TOTEME TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry. The Role TOTEME is looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our store in London full time. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our clients. You will help drive the business in all areas, from client engagement and styling to operational excellence and brand building. You will report to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience aligned with TOTEME’s values. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through clienteling. Work both independently and collaboratively to execute efficient workflows and achieve sales targets. Provide styling advice and ensure impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation. Actively contribute to daily store operations. Share insights and feedback with the team and management regarding customer needs, product requests and trends. Analyze and work towards Key Performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals. Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy. Your Profile Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail, ideally within the luxury sector. Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales goals. Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus. About You A dedicated TOTEME ambassador who embodies our culture and values. Driven and results-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset. Highly organized and structured with an eye for detail. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's London store with an immediate start. TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
