About TOTEME TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces. TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry. The role TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our store team at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris full-time (35 hours/week). In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience. Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets. Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment. Plan and execute daily store operations. Work towards company standards and goals. Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy. Your profile Ideally at least 2 years of previous experience in retail, with high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand. Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, clienteling, and exceeding sales goals. Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling. Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. About you A dedicated TOTEME ambassador who embodies our culture and values. Genuinely curious about people and motivated to understand our client base. Passionate about delivering a luxury experience and exceeding client expectations. Driven and results-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset. Highly organized and structured with an eye for detail. Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. This is a full-time position based at TOTEME’s store in Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, Paris, starting as soon as possible. TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
