SALES ADVISOR (BRIGG)

Turnbull & Company is a family run business and Lincolnshire’s largest independent Builders’ Merchant. We have just over 200 employees across our branch network with deep local roots and we are looking for talented people to join our expanding teams. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Advisor based at our Brigg kitchen and bathroom showroom.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident to work as part of a team and under their own initiative. Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Offering excellent Customer Service and support to the Design team
  • Welcoming customers in to carry out initial consultations and understand the customer needs prior to a design being completed.
  • Answering external telephone calls.
  • Maintaining our 100% customer satisfaction ethos.
  • Inviting clients into the showroom for presentation of designs and quotation with a view to help secure orders for new sales
  • Liaising with the Customer Service and After-Sales administration team to ensure timely processing of orders, deliveries and any aftersales issues
  • Taking pride in the showroom to ensure displays are current, tidy and ready for customers to view
  • Ensuring company workflow management systems are fully up to date and in line with internal processes
