Serve as the primary contact for customers and prospects in Singapore to expand the customer portfolio alongside Branch and Business Development Managers Create and actively follow up on offers and orders to collect market data on product pricing, competition, and economic conditions, sharing insights with managers and pricing teams Register and resolve customer complaints with timely follow-up in coordination with quality teams and managers Collaborate effectively with internal teams and other departments to ensure seamless customer service Manage the customer onboarding journey for first-time orders from incoming leads to deliver a professional and impactful experience Take full ownership of assigned accounts by following up to understand and address customer needs related to TVH products Proactively reach out to and develop customers identified through insights such as “propensity to buy” or “propensity to grow” to convert leads into sales opportunities Guide and educate customers on using the e-commerce platform to enable effective and autonomous navigation Gather and systematically report information on product pricing, competitor activity, and regional economic trends to Pricing and Team Leaders Provide backup support for colleagues as needed Did not find a suitable position?
