We are looking for somebody to join our energetic and enthusiastic team. Our position is for 16-20 hrs per week, including 1 day per weekend. Ideally you will be flexible and able to cover shifts if needed. Responsibilities You will be able to positively engage with all of our customers, having a real love of people. You will work well within a team and also be able to face challenges working individually. You will learn about our beautiful products and be able to pass this information onto guests and colleagues alike. You will be required to use a till system confidently, and will be trained to use other devices and send out remote payment links. You will take pride in looking after floor standards and keeping the sales floor well stocked. You will be able to help check in deliveries and maintain stockroom standards, and general tidiness in all areas of the shop. You will have a proactive and friendly attitude, taking initiative to complete tasks daily. Qualifications Previous retail experience preferred. Basic computer literacy preferred (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc.) Understanding of a sustainable brand. Confidence with interacting with guests and colleagues. Always striving to fulfil your capability.
Responsibilities
The Sales Advisor will engage positively with customers and work well both individually and as part of a team. Responsibilities include maintaining floor standards, managing stock, and using a till system confidently.
