JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Advisor to join our team. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for driving the sales of our car rental services, building strong customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, an understanding of customer needs, and a proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience (2-5 years) within the same car rental industry only.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service principles.
• Familiarity with Speed System software and sales tools.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Language:
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and target potential customers (both corporate and individual clients) to promote the company’s rental services.
• Generate new business by cold calling, networking, and attending meetings to secure new clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present rental packages, promotions, and services compellingly to prospects.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs in line with the company’s growth objectives.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries and concerns are handled professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate rental services.
• Ensure smooth and timely booking processes, coordinating between customers and internal teams for vehicle delivery and pick-up.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including lead generation, sales pipeline, and customer feedback.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and potential areas for improvement.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s fleet, rental policies, and any new services or promotions.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in the industry and ensure the team is informed.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of rental services and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including promotions, advertisements, and partnerships.
