Job Description - Sales Advisor
Several Part time roles are available.
We are looking for a reliable & experienced Sales Advisor for our New Henley on Thames Store.
The successful applicant will have had previous retail store experience, and must be flexible.

You will have the following skills:-

  • Ability to assist in everyday retail operations.
  • An effective communicator and strong team player
  • If part time you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • A flair for merchandising and a passion for the Weird Fish brand.
  • Ability to supervise store in the absence of both the manager and assistant manager.
  • Confidence in cash handling procedures

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

  • Previously an experienced Sales Advisor / Key holder or equivalent in a customer focused retail environment. Clothing retail experience preferred but not essential.
  • This also includes being able to work weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Proven sales management experience to drive revenue and meet targets
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with merchandising and retail operations
  • Administrative experience and phone etiquette skills are beneficial
