What You’ll Sell:

  • Solar Battery Storage Systems – helping customers save more and maximise their solar investment
  • Electricity & Gas Plans – competitive, sustainable solutions for both residential and commercial clients

Your Role:

  • Engage with warm leads and new prospects by phone, email, and other channels
  • Build trust and clearly explain the benefits of switching to smarter, cleaner energy
  • Drive results by closing deals and consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date product and industry knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in call centre or sales environments (energy/solar experience a bonus)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure
  • Professional, consultative approach with the ability to overcome objections
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and modern sales tools
