We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent specializing in the EPS/XPS (Expanded Polystyrene / Extruded Polystyrene) sector. This role is essential for expanding our market share and promoting products to both existing and prospective customers across various construction, insulation, and packaging industries. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers in the EPS/XPS market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and supply chain dynamics. Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Proven experience in sales, with a focus on EPS/XPS or related building materials. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
