Job Description
We are looking for motivated employees for our client - a leading name in the social media sector - onsite in Berlin Friedrichshain!
With the following conditions: Start as soon as possible | Full-time | Onsite - Berlin Friedrichshain | Monday - Friday 08:45 AM - 5:15 PM | Support languages: Dutch (C1) and English (B2) | Salary up to 3.737€ gross monthly

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• experience in (digital) marketing or customer care / sales (at least one year)
• fluent in Dutch (C1) and have a good command of English (at least B2)
• analytical skills to advise our customers about the best advertising solution possible
• passion for creating unique sales experiences and improving your social media knowledge
• willing to work onsite during our working hours Monday to Friday from 08:45 AM to 5:15 PM (30 minutes break included)

• contact existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via telephone, chat and email
• identify sales opportunities and provide your business contacts with the best solution for their business goals
• analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers
• carry out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitor success
• identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns
• sustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use
