Role Overview
The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals across a portfolio of products or services. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, banking, or retail
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, or Russian are a plus
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
