To conduct field visits to sell the bank's services and products to current and targeted customers in order to increase the bank's market share. University degree in administrative sciences or any related field. Practical training in job-related tasks for three months. Thorough knowledge of the banking market and its various sectors. Proficiency in the English language. Ability to use computers and work with applied systems. Comprehensive knowledge of the services and products offered by the bank. Skills in direct and presentation selling. Good communication and interpersonal skills (politeness). Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Knowledge of the policies and procedures governing the work, including internal and external updates. Ability to communicate and interact well with others. Ability to handle work pressure. Responsibilities: Visits customers in the field and sells the bank’s services and products to targeted sectors with the aim of increasing the bank’s sales of these products and growing its market share according to the required goals. Studies customers’ requests, verifies the completeness of data, information, and documents, ensures their compliance with the bank’s policies and conditions, and forwards them to the direct supervisor. Ensures that all details related to the products, services, and automated channels offered by the bank are communicated to customers to enhance customer satisfaction. Provides daily reports on achievements in selling services to current customers, attracting new customers, and the degree of customer satisfaction with the nature of the services provided by the bank and how well its products meet their needs. Follows up on completing all requirements to execute customer requests through the direct supervisor to implement them. Works on attracting new SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) clients to the bank and studies the company’s status to offer its employees banking offers for all the products and services provided by the bank. Participates in contacting customers, informs them about the completion of their transactions, and provides any information or data requested by customers to meet their needs and raise their satisfaction levels.
