JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Carbon Credit Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based role with flexible hours, perfect for entrepreneurial individuals who want to control their income and schedule. You’ll be connecting businesses with verified, high-integrity carbon credits that support impactful climate solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, educating clients on the value of carbon credits, and driving sales growth in this rapidly expanding market.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Previous sales experience is strongly preferred, especially in B2B, sustainability, or finance sectors; however, entry-level candidates with the right drive will be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with executives and sustainability leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain carbon credit concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus; training will be provided.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with resilience and eagerness to learn about carbon markets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their sustainability goals are met through appropriate carbon credit purchases.
  • Explain and present the benefits of carbon credits, including compliance, voluntary market opportunities, and corporate ESG goals.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and close sales that align with client sustainability strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
  • Track sales metrics, report progress against targets, and continuously improve strategies.
  • Stay informed about voluntary and compliance carbon markets, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, sustainability conferences, and networking events.
