PRIMARY PURPOSE - The Real Estate Consultant is a vital role within a real estate company, responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales transactions. Sales Agents play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. They work closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process. - to facilitate the buying and selling of properties for clients, guiding them through the real estate transaction process, providing expertise on local markets, negotiating deals, and ensuring a successful and satisfying real estate experience for both buyers and sellers.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A. Educational Requirements / Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
B. Experience: - 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is beneficial but not always mandatory. New entrants to the industry can also be considered.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics is beneficial. - Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tools, and technology used in real estate sales is a plus.
C. Skills and Competencies: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions. - Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using technology and software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle challenges and work in a dynamic sales environment.
