Key Responsibilities

  • Source, list, and promote residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and negotiations
  • Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
  • Stay informed about local real estate regulations and emerging investment zones
  • Use CRM platforms to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance property exposure and lead generation

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or other languages is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and professional demeanor
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
