Empathetic Listener: You ask great questions and listen intently to understand the real-world challenges of running a salon business. Highly Organized & Self-Motivated: You can manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of disciplined activity without constant supervision. Passionate about Beauty: A genuine interest in or experience with the salon industry is a huge plus!
