Description

Piper Companies is looking for a Sales Agent Supervisor to join an insurance provider based out of Frederick, MD. This is a direct hire opportunity, requiring the candidate to go onsite 3 times a week.

Essential Duties of the Sales Agent Supervisor:

  • Responsible for supporting the Senior Manager in the day-to-day management of the D2C Sales Team and optimization of work flow processes
  • Listen to calling sessions by agents, managers and case manager team for review and provide appropriate weekly coaching sessions
  • Ensure that the D2C Sales Team adheres to strict life insurance licensing and appointment criteria across 50 states by managing daily data checks
  • Partner with D2C Call Center Manager and marketing team to identify opportunities to improve the technology, data analytics and processes

Qualifications of the Sales Agent Supervisor:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years managing customer service teams in contact center sales
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievement and prescribed sales targets
  • LOMA courses 281, 291, ALMI preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    Compensation for the Sales Agent Supervisor:

  • $75,000 - $95,000 (depending on experience)
