We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to join Taraabot, a growing platform in the mental health and personal development space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Handling inbound and outbound sales leads Presenting and selling coaching programs and workshops Building strong relationships with potential clients Following up with leads and converting them into paying customers Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable programs Achieving monthly sales targets Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems 1–2 years of experience in sales Previous experience in similar industries is a must (Life Coaching, Parenting, Relationship Coaching, or Personal Development) Strong communication and persuasion skills Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset Good level of English Hybrid work model Competitive salary package Exposure to a fast-growing coaching & personal development industry Career growth and learning opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
