The Sales Agronomist will be a knowledgeable Product Specialist to champion our innovative YaraVita nutrition and YaraAmplix biostimulant portfolio. This role combines technical expertise with strategic market development activities to support producers, distributors and industry professionals with product education, application support, and performance insights. The role will activate Yara’s Biologicals growth strategy in Australia, working alongside Yara’s commercial team to deliver on the commercial roadmap.
The Sales Agronomist has a developmental role. The primary focus is on activities related to demand creation and awareness generation for YaraVita and YaraAmplix. Success is measured by demand creation activities such as customer training, agronomy training, demonstration trials and field days, in full coordination with commercial teams to achieve overall commercial sales objectives. The role will require extensive travel ~(50%), to align with cropping seasons, support field activities & drive demand creation across a broad geographic spread. Although based in Southern Australia, travel will be required to all states to align with market campaigns.
